Trim Levels
The 2025 Sentra is available in three well-equipped trim levels to find the perfect match for your needs and budget.
- S: The base S trim features 16-inch steel wheels, cloth upholstery, a 7.0-inch touchscreen, and a push-button start. Further, the S features Nissan Safety Shield® 360 and 60/40-split fold-down rear seatbacks.
Performance
Under the hood of every new Sentra is a 2.0-liter 149-hp four-cylinder engine. The engine is attached to a new Xtronic CVT and uses front-wheel drive. While the EPA hasn't rated the fuel economy for the new Sentra, Nissan claims that its rating improved from last year.
Last year, the EPA gave the Sentra a rating of 29 mpg in the city and 39 mpg on the highway. However, in the Sportier SR trim, those figures dropped to 28 mpg city and 37 highway on the highway.
Design
When stepping inside the cabin of the new Sentra, Raleigh drivers will notice the interior is mostly unchanged from last year's model. But given the quality of the cabin, that's not necessarily a bad thing. With a stylish design, a mixture of soft and hard plastics, and quilted leather upholstery, the Sentra offers one comfortable driving experience.
All this and the Sentra still offers Zero Gravity front seats and large cargo space of 14-cubic-foot trunk space, which can roughly fit seven carry-on suitcases.
Safety
While driving to work or out for a long weekend excursion, the Sentra will ensure you stay safe. Coming standard on every model is a forward-collision warning, automated emergency braking, blind-spot monitoring, and rear cross-traffic alert. Features such as adaptive cruise control and a 360-degree camera system are available on all but the base model.
Technology
Along with a stylish and comfortable cabin, the Sentra also features a fair amount of tech. The base model has a seven-inch display, and with it comes Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. In higher trims, the screen is increased to eight inches, and it offers SiriusXM satellite radio, an eight-speaker Bose stereo, and a Wi-Fi hotspot.
Along with some nice integrated touchscreens, the Sentra also features a height-adjustable driver's seat and a tilting and telescoping steering wheel. These are perfect features as they can accommodate any Charlotte driver regardless of their size.
